DESIGN
Upon our consultation, we will design a lighting system which
will suit your current needs and allow for expansion to accommodate
future requests.
INSTALLATION
As owner of B & D Low Voltage Landscape Lighting, I am
at each job alongside my employees during the installation
process. If a question or change arises I can assist
you immediately. Also, the greatest care is taken to
ensure minimal disturbance of your current landscape. Each
job is performed to the neatest, most professional manner. Once
installation is near completion, customers are encouraged
to get involved in the final process where we focus on special
features and position the fixtures to your preference.
MAINTENANCE
An annual service program is available to change each fixture
lamp (bulb), lubricate gaskets, check wire connections and
transformers. This also includes repositioning if needed
or pruning overgrown vegetation obstructing fixtures. We
highly recommend this program to ensure your system is running
optimally and gives you many years of trouble free service.
OUR ANNNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
This
is an easy cost effective way to insure that your professionally
installed outdoor lighting system works as it did the day
it was installed. B & D Low Voltage Landscape Lighting, has
developed an affordable regularly scheduled maintenance program
to keep your system looking brand new. Features of the Annual
Maintenance Plan offered at every visit (twice a year during
the duration of the service plan), are as follows.
- Rebury and straighten all fixtures
- Rebury any exposed
wire
- Check all transformers and connections
- Reset timer & review with owner how to change it
- Trim and prune plants and bushes to enhance lighting
effect
- Selective relocation of fixtures due to growth
of landscaping
- Add any fixtures at a discounted price
- Full bulb replacement - all bulbs in installed fixtures
will be replaced annually. Now you can have the peace of
mind of knowing that you will always have new bulbs in
your fixtures.
